My primary motivation for starting this new business (well after retirement) was to see if I could get a better deal and better service instead of waiting 3 or 4 weeks for “free shipping” to arrive, if indeed it did arrive! I have had incorrect items, no refunds, difficulty in communications etc., and I felt there had to be a better way for me and in fact all Australians. I also tried E-bay but even those purchases were sourced from overseas. You win some you lose some.
So, I thought, what if I gathered a stock of pigments here in beautiful Western Australia, offered them for sale to the general public, with a promise of good prices and fast delivery with even people in the Eastern States getting their goods in less than a week? That would be good right? And maybe even freight free!
Nothing ventured nothing gained is my motto, so here I am giving it a go! I felt sure the artistic public out there would give me some support. Since launching the idea on Facebook I haven’t been disappointed with many of the FB community expressing their interest.
Initially the pigments will come from one of the worlds pioneers in Pearlescent pigments based in China, with customers in over 80 countries worldwide, who have been producing pigments since 2001.
We will also look at producing epoxy pastes for those who prefer a liquid to a powder and who knows what in the future!
We are here to help and if you have any technical questions (I don’t pretend to be an expert but have expertise on hand) we will do our best to answer them.
